666gk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Determination that the player does not meet the 21+ age eligibility requirement
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 months)

Upon account termination for a verified breach of these Terms, 666gk reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, pending bonuses, and pending withdrawals. The seat of arbitration shall be Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify active players via email to the registered account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the 666gk platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take effect upon publication.
